The Seasons of Cherry Creek Tavern

Currently under construction, this multifamily amenity space was converted from an outdated fitness center to a new bar and lounge for residents and community members. Though extensive redesign and coordination with our engineers and the city, our team developed a fun and engaging space that is reflective of our client's vision for the future of the property. With a new bar, cafe space, and flexible lounge area, the new space provides an place for social gatherings, events and game day parties, and even quiet work from home areas for tenants to enjoy.
