The Seasons of Cherry Creek is a landmark 13-story apartment complex in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood. Originally built with two towers in 1988 and expanded with a third tower in 2010, the property was purchased by our client in 2023 with the vision of updated spaces focused on patrons and community placemaking.
Mountain Lily Studios led the process from concept through construction to define how the space could best serve residents and the broader community. MLS worked in close collaboration with the client, design team, and general contractor, to reinvent this space from a once rundown fitness center, to a community centric lounge and tavern.
