Todd’s experience spans healthcare, municipal, commercial, retail, restaurant, aviation, banking, and theatre and performing arts environments, with projects ranging from small renovations to complex developments exceeding $75 million. His background includes 18 years as an owner and partner of a respected architecture firm, along with experience in commercial real estate which gives him a deep understanding of the financial, operational, and long-term considerations behind every project.
